SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

MCLAUGHLIN ships anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 business days for Canadians and 1-4 days for international customers, for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Statutory (Federal) holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. To track your order at anytime, you will be able to do so using the Canada Post Tracking Number provided to you. Please note that due to the postal services provided in some countries you may not be provided with a tracking number, however we will provide you with the necessary information for you to anticipate your package arrival. MCLAUGHLIN does not guarantee specific delivery times due to custom delays or any other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing and the destination. We will do our utmost best to ship merchandise to you in a timely manner. 

Estimated Delivery Time-frames*:

Canadian Delivery 1-2 business days ( some  deliveries may take up to 12 business days according to Canada Post Policy)

United States Delivery 5-7 business days

International Delivery 10-15 business days

Please note that delivery time does NOT include processing time. 

MCLAUGHLIN will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer. Please ensure that the information entered is correct (eg, address, name and contact information).Once an item is shipped, any custom fees will be paid by the customer. MCLAUGHLIN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or refused packages once shipped.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of cosmetic items, Unfortunately we do not  accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
